Designed by a true master

Built in 1911, this building stands out not only for its location in an exclusive part of Vinohrady but also for its remarkable Art Nouveau architecture. Designed by architect Emil Pištěk, known for several notable structures in Prague—including those on Palacký Square, Janáček Embankment, and especially in Vinohrady—this residence showcases his unmistakable creative influence.

The Mánesova 82 residence offers elegant living at its finest in one of Prague’s most prestigious neighbourhoods. This historic Art Nouveau building, dating back to 1911, features 17 residential and 4 accommodation units.
This architectural gem was designed by Emil Pištěk, who has left his creative mark on many of Prague’s remarkable buildings.
The project includes the construction of an extension on the second underground floor and a new elevator to the courtyard. On the sixth floor, a spacious 5-room apartment plus kitchen will be created by a complete remodeling of the attic space. The building’s condition allows us to refurbish the existing entrance, interior doors, flooring, railings, staircases, and stucco decorations. Our renovations go beyond cosmetic updates; we are committed to transforming the building with a focus on long-term value and durability.

Location

The building is just a 2-minute walk from Jiřího z Poděbrad Square, situated in the heart of Vinohrady—ranked among Time Out magazine’s 40 coolest neighbourhoods in the world. This vibrant area offers a wealth of amenities for families, including restaurants, cafés, and popular farmers’ markets.
