1) We will enter into a preliminary agreement for the transfer of title to your unit.
2) The agreement will include a reservation deposit of 20% of the purchase price of the apartment.
3) You will pay the remaining balance once we obtain the final occupancy permit.
4) All that is left then is to get ready to move in!
